On November 14, 2022, the TOSAC board hosted an open town-hall forum for our community to voice concerns and propose changes to the TOSAC bylaws.

The meeting was well attended, and numerous points of view were discussed. The Board is very grateful for the involvement of the TOSAC community.

In the coming months, the Board intends to review these issues formally and intends to have revisions in process addressing these issues before the end of January 2023.

Until that time, the Board will suspend voting on new Board members, as several of the changes we intend to consider implementing may affect the composition of the Board.
